This includes 10 Years Parts and 1 Year Labor Warranty on American Standard Equipment Only during normal business hours. All other workmanship is One year parts and labor, also during normal business hours. We offer 24 hour emergency service (after business hours rates will apply). Must be direct replacement of similar equipment. All permits, municipal fees if needed are additional, no exceptions. Residential application only.
