The work includes standard installation in any home or office.

Removal of your old water heater.
Power wiring and properly sized breaker within 50 feet of your electrical panel to the unit location.
Gas piping from your adequate gas supply within 50 feet of the unit location. 
Mounting and leveling the unit.
PVC intake and exhaust piping within 50 feet of the outside wall. 
PVC drain piping within 50 feet of your floor drain or sump crock. 
Copper piping and fittings to connect within 50 feet of your current domestic water distribution system.  
Start, test and check operation of the new unit.
Taxes and Permits
All labor and materials

Does not include new water lines from the street.
Your gas line and gas meter must be properly sized.
Does not include roof venting, or roof work.
Does not include a condensate pump.
Does not include Propane conversion kit.

In some cases it is impossible to install tankless water heater where there is currently a tank type water heater.  This may occur when the current water heater is located in an area that does not allow for proper mounting, venting or drain lines.  Multi story condominiums and apartments are typically difficult.   In all cases, we will survey your property to verify that the system will work in your application.
